"The administration had very short hours, so it was difficult for me and my wife to get help at the front desk. The reception was cold and marginally helpful without time and pressure, in a nutshell, they avoided helpful interaction which cost me and my wife, hundreds of dollars because we had to find information and transportation in the cold. Swedes, especially women are unfriendly, but not angry unless you try to talk to them. The men, young and old are a bit more open, but they are cautious...

"We needed a stay close to Stockholmsmässan, and this was exactly as we required as it was just a short walk away (less than 10mins). There was a small supermarket on the corner, basic cooking facilities in the room, and a few places to eat in walking distance (or on Uber Eats). Room was very clean, easy to access, all in all we would definitely stay again."

"The apartment was cozy and in a very good location, however it needed to be cleaned better. The shower door was missing a rubber at the bottom, so every time we showered the water would go all around the bathroom. The shower head was unclean, dust under bed. Sofa was full of have no idea what kind of stains.. Besides that the kitchen was clean, bedsheets as well. They answer to emails very quick as well, if you need more information. "

"Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. The mini supermarket across the road is expensive as has been mentioned in another review but it is so convenient to quickly pick up a few needed things. And the staff there are lovely. The only thing we didn't like about Biz Apartments was that Reception is not staffed between 8am and 1.30pm daily. It...

"Great location, perfectly clean and pleasant apartment. It was a little cold on arrival, but just needed to wait for the heating to warm the rooms. I was a bit unsure how the virtual check in would work, so perhaps a few more details might reassure travellers about the process, as it was super easy. "Large, clean easy property on the top floor. No elevator, so a lot of stairs everyday but we knew that when we booked. Views only of rooftops and courtyards but also not something we minded. The second 'bedroom' was the living room, the sofa pulled out so it would have been nice to have the second bedroom seperate from the living room but for the size, price and location, again it was fine. Brilliant airport hotel

"I can’t rate this hotel any higher, easy check in and check out, super friendly staff, comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom, windows are quadruple glazed so you cannot hear a thing from the airport. Incredible buffet breakfast with pastries and cooked breakfast. Delicious meals in the grocery section in reception to pick up if you arrive late. Lots of room with plugs everywhere if you want to get some work done alongside a drink or meal. Fantastic! "
