The staff made extra effort to find parking with their sister hotel. Even did valet service for us by, as we found out at checkout, the GM Marc himself! What a wonderful hotel! However, there were two issues during our stay: 1) As a family of 4, we booked two rooms. The bathtub drain in one of the rooms (#523) didn't work and the on/off switch for the shower was broken. 2) The sensor of the hotel had problem on the night of New Year's Eve and the alarm went off 5 times at midnight which was...
