Really nice location. Absolutely beautiful. Cabins were so nice. Booked a place for 6 adults only had towels and warm blankets for 4. Had to grab extras the night after. Felt the staff didnt believe me there weren't enough blankets. Anyway, good experience and well worth the money. Great family ski weekend! Highly recommend, lots of power outlets and services.

No heat inside the suit, Fireplace couldn’t work whole night, asked staff to repair but nobody came till check out. The heat inside of the bathroom was not working either. Tried to ask staff several times but no response till check out.

We appreciate your feedback, Xiaolu. We are sorry to hear of your experience with us. We have a 24hr emergency phone line in the entrance of our front office, and had we been called, we would have addressed the heating issue right away or moved you to a different unit. When this was brought forth to our front desk the following morning at 7am, we advised that our maintenance team does not start until 9am. We provided a space heater in the meantime. We do our best to address concerns as they arise and we did the best to our ability to provide a solution until maintenance could access the unit. We apologize if there was miscommunication. Loved our stay!
It’s very remote and would be helpful to say that on the website. Info makes it seem like it is right at Lake Louise and it’s not….

We do state on our numerous confirmation emails that we are located in a remote part of Lake Louise - 15 minutes away from the Lake Louise Village and the Ski Hill. Super gorgeous scenery. The complimentary coffee was great. Love the decor of the room, the jacuzzi, the bed and the rocking chair. It was an amazing experience.
If I have to be nit-picky, the water pressure of the shower isn't quite strong. The room was very clean, however I can see a layer of dust on the upper part of the wall on top of the couch. It doesn't affect my experience too much as I wouldn't be touching that area, but considering the price, I would have expected more thorough cleaning. But overall the experience was great!

It was very quaint place to enjoy nature. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay here. We plan to come back again.

It was a nice trip . The cabin was cozy and there is a river beside the basecamp. The sound of the river was so peaceful. We enjoyed fully.

We loved visiting Baker Creek for our first time! It was nice to be able to disconnect from the busyness of life and to recharge with each other in a secluded property that has the most stunning views!
