"My family and I enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was the shower. It was unusually loud. Other than that the hotel was perfect. Great, friendly employees too! We will be back! Highly recommend. "

"The hotel staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The room (double queen) with sofa bed was very clean and roomy. Towels, bed and room were cleaned and changed daily! Breakfast was included and was great! Lots of options. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. "

"The room was spacious. We enjoyed having a microwave and refrigerator since we had food to heat up after our concert. The shuttle driver that took us to Ameris amphitheater was friendly. On both ways to the concert and pick up we didn’t wait but a minute or two so that was great. I would stay here again if I was going to Ameris amphitheater this is the closest Hyatt Place to the venue. One thing that they could improve on is the speed of the elevators going down seem to take a while."

"I travel a lot as an insurance adjuster and this is one of the best value hotels I’ve stayed in in any state. Very clean rooms, safe and quiet area, well kept property, and attentive staff. There is also an RV park next door for adjusters working the Atlanta area who have RVs. "
