Everything is wonderful about the Lamplight Inn. The rooms, the food, the area, the atmosphere and especially the innkeepers Gene and Linda. The best people you could ever want to meet. We love it at this inn and will continue to go to it each and every year at least twice a year.

My husband and I have stayed at many wonderful B&B's over the years, this one moves to the top of the list. The room was immaculate, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was scrumptious. It is evident they strive to be the best in hospitality, down to the small details. The staff is warm and welcoming. When you go make sure to check out Linda and Gene's album, located in the front living room, that tells the story of the B&B. They have put their heart and soul into this Bed and Breakfast and it shows.

Simply Splendid
I cannot recommend the Lamplight Inn more highly. It is a beautiful place. Tall, beautiful trees and beautifully landscaped grounds. Large rooms with comfortable beds. And Gene's breakfasts? There is nothing better to start your day. The owners, Linda and Gene, are delightful. It's perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay as you explore Saratoga Springs to the south and the Lake George area to the north. Either way, you won't want to leave. Trust me, as I write this back to work at my desk in NYC.
