This was exactly what I was looking for in a fall getaway! The room was cozy, loved the screen door for the balcony, and facilities were great.

Bella Vista was a perfect location for visiting Lake Geneva. It was quiet and we almost felt like the only people in the hotel. It was off season but during the beautiful fall colors. We were across the street from the path around the lake. The visiting center was just down the street a way and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean with just a little wear on the walls. The furniture looked new and updated. Town was very close and there were plenty of places to eat that we could walk to. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Bella Vista.

Its location to downtown is perfect. Can walk to everything and not have to worry about parking.

We had a lovely spacious suite with an amazing view. We were able to enjoy a relaxing evening on the balcony.
The location is perfect because we could leave our cars and walk to everything.

When we arrived at the property we asked about if we wanted to stay another night. They offered us the same room rate as Expedia, which was $119, and that was for a Park View. If we wanted to upgrade to a lake view, it would be an extra $30 for just Last night, not sure, if when we
Were to pick the lakeside, if we would also have to pay the extra $30 for the same view, however. We really wish we would have invested. The total of would be 60 extra dollars for the lake view. Because at the park, right behind our room, they were doing massive construction with machines, backup beepers on semis to asphalt, i'm a large, path, the smell of asphalt, overpowered the newly renewed room, we were appointed, which was three ten the smell gave me a severe headache. Unbearable, we almost felt like leaving. Glad we didn't pay for a second night. We don't know if the other side with the lake view would've been any better because that's how loud it was and the scent. We couldn't enjoy the patio that overlooked the park.Due to the massive, renovation of the park. We were going to tell the front desk about this problem. But forgot to because we were on the time frame. For checking out there was no ice machine. On our floor which was the 3rd floor not around the corner from our room. There was a snack machine, but no beverage machine. And no ice machine.

The location of this hotel is great. Close to downtown and lake. Rooms could use updating. Room came with two TVs but only one control, which was odd. Also the TV started changing channels by itself (the room next door’s remote was able to control our TVs). We had to unplug the TVs. Shower curtain was also very yellow. Room came with a fridge and microwave.
