We got in the hotel late. The person told me that usually when u reserve on the third party. I will still need to make confirmation . So they give away our room . We got there 12 mid night and we travel for 6 hours with no where to stay .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the TV and the staff was able to resolve it to our satisfaction. The room was clean and affordable.

Our bathroom sink would not drain at all and the kitchen sink drained very slowly. We had to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the bathtub faucet :(
I told the people at the front desk but it never was addressed.
I’ve been to two other Extended stay locations and had great experiences but I am not coming back to this location.

Hotel looked in poor conditions, looked dirty, room not well maintained, bed was uncomfortable. Lines looked and felt old. I will never use this hotel again. I was very disappointed. I was expecting something different. Holiday Inn express way better!
