"We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was amazing and we loved eating at Mizumi! We couldn’t fault the hotel really (other than we didn’t seem to have much water pressure in our bathroom) and would definitely stay again! The only disappointment was the spa, it was extremely busy so couldn’t really use the facilities, I think the photos make it look bigger than it actually is. It’s lovely, but too small for the number of people that are allowed in! "

"We stayed for 2 nights and i was impressed with the hotel. The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was really good and selection was plentiful. The only down side was the parking £15 a day i think they should review that policy but overall A+++"

"Really nice hotel, spa was nice. The suites could use some upgrades (the windows) there was water between the glass panels so the view couldn’t be enjoyed as much as it should have been. Especially when the heat was on full as it was -3 and it was just cloudy window panes. "

"Wonderful hotel and spa with a great aspect across Grasmere. The staff were all friendly, professional and contributed to a lovely stay. Only a short walk to Grasmere village and some decent hikes on the doorstep."

"Good hotel in great location for walking/cycling. Great breakfast choice ,reasonable evening meal as well but small portions. The only thing that really disappoints is they add gratuity to each drink you buy & to the evening meal…65p & 7.50 respectively. They have also started to charge £10 car parking."
