Window shade was broken and a car lot was next door with bright flood lights. Other guests were very noisy.

The front desk employee was really helpful.
She was kind. The room was clean. I've stayed here beforehand on my last business trip to Hot Springs. I will be returning

You could hear everything going on inside and outside didn’t sleep good and breakfast included cereal with a gallon of milk in refrigerator and that was it couldn’t wait to leave we actually booked another hotel for the last two days of our stay

Basic extended stay type of hotel.....staff was helpful, friendly and attentive.....LOVED the fact it had a elevator. Only negative....Vending area was non-existent , so sodas and snacks had to be brought in
