The property is located literally in the middle of a large vineyard on top of a hill with a full view of lake Bodensee and the village of Hagnau. "Good value for just passing through and needing a place to crash. We arrived past check-in time (profile said midnight but hotel said 10pm) but were still able to get in. Bed was comfortable but the bedding was scratchy and pillows were less than desirable."

"Our stay was wonderful. We were lucky that it was warm enough to get into the lake. But even when it got a bit chilly, we enjoyed ourselves in the spa area. And let me tell you this, I've never been in such a charming sauna before. It is partially underwater.
