AC only worked one hour in room. Toilet continually activated to refill water level. Mentioned at check out and office stated I should have called office @ 11 pm and we would have moved you to another room, so no adjustment could be made. We had been in bed an hour, last thing we wanted to do was get dressed and pack up to move to another room.

The manager came to my room and helped program the remote for the TV....he was so kind and fun!

Our room was clean and housekeeping stopped by every day to see if we needed anything. The bed was hard but there were 2 chairs that were comfortable to sit in. We had a refrigerator and microwave which allowed us to bring back leftovers from Cracker Barrel since the breakfast at the Inn was Little Debbie pastries and a pot of coffee that someone brewed with creamers and sweeteners available. We were also close to Burger King and Chick Fil A so we could easily walk to them as well. The front office was not staffed regularly and was dark most of the time. Overall, the Inn served our needs as we transitioned back to the Tampa area.

Claimed it was pet friendly and refused a room because I had my cat. I was evacuated because of hurricane Milton. The person at the desk was rude and didn’t offer me any help. The office was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. Governor DeSantis had also said that all hotels should accept pets.

Rooms not clean. Towels not clean. Cigarette burns in both bedspreads in nonsmoking rooms. Stains on linens. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone else.
