According to your site,this was an exceptional hotel, it was NOT! Rooms were small, dingy and smelled like urine. check in person was very nice once she quit vacuuming. Recommended we have dinner at Salsas’s. We did and it was VERY GOOD! I used all my key points to bring down the price! What a MISTAKE! Would NEVER recommend to anyone.

When we got to the room I always check beds whether I’m at a JW Marriot or a place to pit stop for a night and when I pulled the sheets back I was disgusted at the sight, brown flakes (hoping to God it was larvae of bugs) we immediately left! Disgusting

They were very friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.

The property has no elevator. We were placed in a second-floor room. John of maintenance was very helpful and willing to assist with the luggage. The outside of the property is quite dated, and unkept, as is the interior of the rooms. The outside needs painting of all walls and of doors. The rooms need significant updating. The carpet in the room was soiled and stained, as was one of the pillows where, apparently, ? blood stains were still visible. The staff appears very dedicated and helpful!!!!!!!!

As a limited service property, we do not have a bell serve staff, however a member of our team was kind enough to assist you with your luggage as requested. We make every effort to provide a clean, comfortable, and hospitable experience for all of our guests. As it relates to the exterior of the property, you may not be aware that we recently sustained two major hurricanes back to back. We are actively working to make all of the nessecary repairs and painting needed, however, as countless businesses and homes were effected in our area, contractor schedules are a bit bogged down as you may imagine. As it relates to the concerns noted in your guest room, our team will certainly look into this and take any corrective action nessecary. Thank you again for your time and we were sincerely hoping that you would have had better feedback of our property as our goal is to have all of our valued guests leave happy.

I loved the tastefully decorated teal Christmas tree in lobby. It smelled great
An elderly person was checking in and couldn’t carry their suitcase up steps. The front desk clerk immediately radioed for a maintenance man to come help and he happily agreed to lend a hand. That was super nice.

It’s very clean but outdated. I like how they handle the simple breakfast where it’s clean and not everyone breaths or picks over the food.
