I like this hotel. The valet staff is awesome. So is the front desk. Rooms are clean. It’s a 5 minute walk to Disney Springs.

This property is very clean and well kept. Super close to Disney Springs. Was able to view park fireworks from our room!

Overall, was a nice stay. Property can be updated to be less outdated however, but it was good stay.

The view from room was a wall. It was to enclosed like in a hole. It was claustrophobic.
Complimentary coffee: 3 packs of coffee but only 2 packs of with the condiments (sugar & creamer).
Also each pack of condiment should include 2 packets of creamer and 2 of reg. sugar.
All staff was wonderful.

Howl was very nice, close to Disney Springs and easy to get to parks. Rooms were good, but thermostat didn’t work. We had set for 68 and room was 57, could not get cold air to stop. Hard to sleep and ended up getting sick. Shower temperature fluctuated and you could not use shower and sink at same time.

The hotel was very clean in and out of the room...The staff was super friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay!
