Guest service employees were very nice. After New Year’s Eve celebration we came in and the marketplace store was closed, but they opened the store up for us to be able to grab a couple of things we had forgotten to pack.
Room was very spacious, perfect for family with little ones.

I really liked the Pizza Hut on property for when we can late from the parks hungry. We also enjoyed the transportation as well and hot breakfast.

We stayed in a king room with firework view and balcony. It was a very comfortable, extremely large room! We felt it was a wonderful value for the money. Pretty pool. Nice free breakfast with lots of options. We will definitely stay again.

Wow, the family was very impressed with the Drury. The amenities and free, breakfast and afternoon food was awesome. The pool was great although we didnt go in, we sat out there and enjoyed the kids and family. Staff, are super pleasant and helpful. This is a must stay for families, with ease of access to Disney Springs and buses to the theme parks. I know where to stay for any future WDW stays.

I had an amazing stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure all my needs were met. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were a nice touch, providing a great start to the day and a relaxing way to wind down in the evening. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend the Drury Plaza Hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The shuttle to the parks was great! Pool was a little dirty, could use a scrub. Breakfast was great!
