Lake Annette Vacation Rentals

"I reserved a room weeks in advance and called the day of to confirm i was checking in late. I was told that it was fine and that i would need to call a number to wake up the night attendant. When i did so i could hear the lobby phones ringing but no one got it. I called four times. Finally called corporate to see if they can let me in the building and after a 15 minute wait i was told that they gave my resevation away. They claimed they tried to call me three times but i had no missed calls and had fine service the entire trip. I drove seven hours to find an empty lobby, my reservation had been given away on false pretenses, and i had to put $300 to stay at another hotel i found after DRIVING AROUND FOR ANOTHER HOUR. What is the point of making a reservation AND confirming a late check in if you are going to give it away and go back on your end of the deal anyway. This is a horribly run company. I will not book with them again and i will make sure as many people as possible abandon this company for actual quality, trustworthiness, and professionalism. Absolutely pathetic experience."

"I completely enjoyed my 3 night stay. Staff friendly and helpful, offers a real hot breakfast - wonderful surprise. I enjoyed the pool and was able to do my water therapy even when kids in the pool. Walking distance to a variety of food and entertainment. The price was right as The Element is in a pricey neighborhood. Property a little dated but everything worked well, looked good."
