Had to wait for an hour to find parking. No elevator was working. We had to carry heavy luggage upstairs and downstairs by ourself. Average rooms. Not happy at all

As our staff told you, on that evening the restaurant was very busy, but after 10PM it should be more easy to find a proper parking space for your car. We offered a free upgrade to a better room for your wife, in the main house with elevator, because your reservation was for the dependance economy rooms.We tried our best to make you and your family feel comfortable in our hotel.Regards,Hotel Steiner

Great property. Beautiful balcony. Fantastic restaurant out back near the camping area. Had a wonderful meal and a memorable conversation with the owner. Will return to the hotel and restaurant.

Die Anlage ist nicht geeignet,wenn man ohne Kinder reist und seine Ruhe haben möchte.
Sonst war alles perfekt

Good pit stop

Nice and clean room
Very sweet receptionist and waitress in the morning restaurant
But impossible to have a sunbed at the pool - everyone leave their towels in hours without using the area

Fint hotel lige udenfor Bolzano

Særligt kan restauranten anbefales med norditalienske retter - og pizza.
