No escalator parking exspensive

Slow staff and lousy service at times. Hotel was having a convention and did not have adequate transportation for customers at event.

Checking in and out is a hassle. Too many delays. The room that was reserved was not available upon check in. First time I have seen the requirement to present I.D s for all room occupants. Seems like the hotel has a trust issue. I understand taking precautions but I felt this was a bit extreme. You already have the ID and credit card information on the one who made the reservations.

I like everything at waterfront hotel- staff very friendly
