The hotel is well maintained and beautiful. It was a good choice for me because it was close to everything that I needed. The customer service was also great and it was very easy to check in and out.

I like thatbut was quiet and good breakfast buffet. but in the room on thr 16th floor. there was no hot water for the showers. running cold. but I was checking out so I didnt get a chance to switch rooms. you need to fix this problem foe American guest. we cant tolerate cold showers. maybe its ok for filipinos.
