"Every member of staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, they were so kind and polite. The breakfast staff were all lovely and always smiling and the breakfast always had variety. I was upgraded to a room that had a view of the burj khalifa, the apartment was spacious and had everything and cleaned daily. The best thing about the hotel was it was only a 5 minute walk to Dubai mall. My family and I will be staying at this hotel again for sure! "

"The apartments could use a little remodeling in one of their 3 towers. (Lavendar) is their oldest one it seems but not bad at all for the price. The hotel has a great location for dining and shopping. Only minutes walking to the Dubai Mall. They have an excellent English Pub called the Double Decker which serves even pork on their menu. Great food and good times to be had. Their Breakfast buffet is also great a little bit of everything."

"Great value for money. Very good eating and drinking options. Rooms were very good and breakfast options were great. Certain areas aroumd the property were in need of updating. The grass area and beds at the pool at the spa were shameful. We had several occasions of really noisy fellow customers and when we spoke to staff about asking them to quiten down just a little we were totally ignored. Lots of occasions where life guards were using thier moble phones on speaker phone which was frustrating...
