"I enjoyed my 4-day stay here so much, i extended my stay for 6 extra days. The restaurant upstairs has great food and makes great alcoholic drinks. The view from the pool area is great. Theres bikes to rent on the property. The rooms are beautiful and you can use their app to schedule full hotel room cleaning service which includes vacuuming and mop. "We stayed in the heart villa #44. There are only great things i can say about this property. Pictures online dont do this villa any justice. A must see and a must book. You wont be disappointed. Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. She helped make it an unbelievably amazing stay. 5 stars worth every penny. "

"This was a beautiful property. There seemed to be construction happening around the hotel but it did not take away from our experience. It is a bit isolated but we were able to book private transportation to and from the hotel. "

"It was a property where we could truly experience the renowned reputation of Banyan Tree, and the accommodation we stayed in satisfied every member of our family. The friendly service of the staff left a lasting impression. One thing to note is that I had read in several blog reviews that, when choosing a dinner course at the Saffron restaurant, there would be options for appetizers or desserts. However, on the day of our visit, only a fixed menu was served. I wasn’t aware that this had changed....

"I was travelling with children and stayed here due to its proximity to the airport. I was initially concerned and going to cancel because travel made us a day late and they would not allow me to cancel in advance (despite Expedia advertising you could cancel up to 24 hours before and we were well within this limit) and would charge us a cancellation fee equivalent to our entire stay. Despite this hiccup we checked in a day late and stayed for 2 nights. The property is lovely. Well maintained, and huge. Golf cart service was very convenient and quick If you didn’t feel like walking to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc. The buffet breakfast included in our stay was great. Lots of choices and good quality. Not super hot, but typical for buffet. The room exceeded our expectations. The beds and linens were super comfortable and the a/c worked well. The beach access was very convenient and was beautiful to swim, watch the sunset or the airplanes land. We thought it would be really noisy with airplane traffic, but wasn’t a problem in our building. The service at the resort was great - friendly, helpful and accommodating. The water park was fun. Lots of great slides … hours of entertainment for the children with almost zero wait/lineups when we went. The water park is in need of some maintenance. Tiles falling off, etc., in need of some paint, for example. staff were friendly. This hotel received a trip advisor rating of 8.5 and I’d say this is exactly right. Would recommend. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was amazing and our room (Tropicana Superior) was lovely and very spacious. Pool areas were relaxing, clean and always managed to get a sunbed. The staff were hard working and very friendly, always happy to help. Good range of food to choose fromat breakfast. Great location, close to main restaurants and Karon Beach, which is also very nice. Plenty of sunbeds for hire"
