We loved the peace and tranquility in and around the hotel that its not too crowded or busy.
Although the location is farther from Phuket Old Town, its accessible to places that we were interested to explore; Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket. Also close to where we go riding and the Spa.
Staff disposition and service was excellent. They were very helpful and attentive to our needs. A good and happy team!
Thank you so much for the special birthday cake for my daughter who chose to visit Phuket for her birthday treat.

I loved the daily fitness classes like yoga and boxing. This was my second time at Saii and I've enjoyed the location as it's near 2 great grocery stores and loads of restaurants. The property itself is beautiful with wonderful service. There is also a boat that will take you to adjacent hotels.

We enjoyed our stay at SAii Laguna for 7 nights
All staff are amazing, welcome us all the time
Breakfast was nice and due to resort reservations we had free afternoon tea which was really good
Thank to all staff and everyone made our stay fabulous
Overall the service and staff were excellent
Will come again next year

Beach front hotel. Gorgeous to say the least. Room was very nicely updated bed kinda stiff but not the worst. Very close to many shops

Excellent food (breakfast selection), staff is alway very helpful and their service was exceptional. Our room itself is very clean and modern so top mark for the hotel

Fantastic break at Saii Laguna. Although the hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment phase, this actually made the hotel more cosy and friendly. The staff were faultless and attended to every detail we needed. The hotel is now in a great condition and I cannot wait to see the final results upon a future return.
