Razoável para menos, infelimente desta vez deixou muito a desejar, a limpeza esta horrível, nas piscinas nota 0, passível de interdição, banheiros dos quartos usável, mas um cloro e uma boa esfreganda ia muito bem, quartos alguns com cheiro de mofo e cigarro, toalhas limpas e cheirosas, lençóis falta um controle, pois não sei fizer se estava mancgado ou tinha cido usado. Feio.... aonda bem que levo de casa. Café da Manhã, melhorou muito do ano passado para este Top. 10. Funcionarios recepção e café nota 10 top. Piscinas Nota 0. Fechar sala que da aceso ao banheiro da piscina 0. Passível de interdição, faz os hóspedes subirem para ir ao baneiro e demais. Ai esplica deichar suja a piscinas com limo e sujeira aculuda no fundo com a água turva, nojento. Total falta de cuidado. Com a saúde.

Estrutura gigantesca, um hotel sensacional com ótimo café da manhã, vista pro mar, piscinas maravilhosas e à beira-mar. O mirante espetacular proporciona belíssimas fotos da geografia sensacional de Laguna. Atendentes muito simpáticos e solícitos.

O hotel está em péssimas condições, decadente. O quarto tinha um odor terrível de mofo, colchão e lençóis velhos, enxame de mosquitos e cupins de asa, vazamento no banheiro, ar condicionado mega barulhento, entre outros problemas. Eu e meu marido não conseguimos dormir, passamos à noite em claro, matando mosquitos, porque a situação era insuportável. Acabamos decidindo ir embora às 5h da manhã. Ou esse hotel passa por uma reforma geral ou deve fechar as portas. Ter a coragem de cobrar R$ 370 a diária por um lugar desses é o maior absurdo do mundo.

Valores neste período muito alto pela entrega
Infelizmente ignorei os comentários de alerta que o hotel estava ruim, fiz reserva achando que não seria tudo isso, errei feio, dias de desconforto e mal estar da chegada á saída. Na entrada só um lado dos portões funciona o outro quebrado e guaritas abandonadas, mato alto e lixos acumulados em volta. O quarto mofado e com cheiro ruim foi preciso dormir com a janela aberta, solicitamos para trocar e a recepção ofereceu outro igual e no térreo. Muitos mosquitos, compramos repelente para colocar na tomada e deixar direto já que não dava para fechar a janela, frigobar todo enferrujado, roupeiro velho com cheiro de mofo, sem ganchos no banheiro para pendurar toalhas. Os espaços de convivência desorganizados e com lixos transbordando. Insetos e bichos variados por tudo, até nos talheres. Tem 2 aparelhos na "academia" enferrujados sem a menor condição de uso, em manutenção, tobogam da piscina externa inseguro, piscina interna com o telhado furado e muito sujo, azulejos da piscina e pisos encardidos, aspecto geral de sujo. Lençóis pequenos que não dá para prender na cama, se enrolam. Solicitamos ifood, o hotel não tem comércio perto a pé. O restaurante abre em alguns horários, pouca opção e custo alto. Poucos funcionários para fazer tudo e alguns ríspidos e de má vontade, outros se percebe que ficam chateados de não conseguir fazer diferente e que estão tentando. A vista para o mar é linda, mas, sim, parece hotel fantasma devido a má conservação interna. Café da manhã razoável.

Terrível O quarto cheirando mofo, que mal dava para respirar, velho e mal cuidado, com lâmpada queimada, armários velhos sem porta. Acabei mudando de hotel naquela noite e agora estou brigando para ser reembolsada. As fotos do anúncio não condizem com a realidade, a vista do hotel é paradisíaca, mas por dentro parece cenário de filme de terror.

Noite de horrores!
Foi traumatizante! Em cima dos lençóis passeam cupins. O cobertor estava jogado no chão. Havia cheiro de esgoto saindo do ralo do box. As paredes com infiltração e o quarto cheirava a mofo. As toalhas de mesa do café da manhã estavam sujas, percorri várias e todas estavam no mesmo estado. Café da manhã razoável. HOTEL DEVERIA SER DESCREDENCIADO. HOTÉIS. COM, pf não vendam mais essa propriedade. Compramos gato por lebre, em todos os sentidos.

O hotel continua com as instalações muito antigas, café da manhã razoável, falta qualidade, único hotel que não sabe fazer ovos mexidos. Colchão com ácaros, me coçava muito, roupas de cama e banho de baixa qualidade. Uma pena o Tourist ter se transformado nisso, pq o local é muito privilegiado, precisaria de uma revitalização completa.

Viajei em família para conhecer Laguna! A localização do hotel é maravilhosa e creio que este seja o único ponto positivo. Hotel antigo, quartos velhos ainda bem que ficamos apenas um dia porque para ajudar não tinha agua no hotel, tivemos que dormir e retornar sem banho. Café da manhã razoável. Nunca mais pretendo retornar.
