Need to tighten security. On our first night a homeless person slept in front of our room. They need to put a security door all entrance door.

At night our Front Desk Manager patrols the property twice, plus monitors our 22 exterior cameras. If we see a homeless person we ask them to leave this personal property, and if necessary we will call the Laguna Hills Police Department next door to the Lodge. Staff were very nice. The gardens were pretty and well maintained. The area was safe with restaurants nearby. The property itself is dated, the bedsheets are worn out! it looks like they painted the rooms recently. Housekeeping should do a better job getting the dust bunnies under the bedside tables and closet. I asked them to clean the bathroom air filter and they did. There is continental breakfast. I would go back. It’s pretty reasonably priced for the area.
