"Friendly and professional staff. Duplex apartment was nice with its own kitchenette. However there was no running hot water, it only comes in a bucket on request. Also there’s no choice of breakfast, you eat what they serve. I would have thought buffet breakfast would be in place for a place that pricey. "

"The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. I have never sent out my laundry at a hotel before and was a bit skeptical, but I got it back the same day in excellent condition. There is a very good Thai restaurant onsite, and fortunately for me, it was just a few steps away from my room. I could sit there, or take back (or have sent back) a drink or bite to my room. "Staying in Lagos nothing is perfect but the staff is Awesome and great place to stay"

"When we arrived at the Azaria Hotel, we discovered that a man named Samson or Samuel had sold our reservation to another person, so we were left stranded. It was a really traumatic experience. Corruption at its best. Also the pictures of the hotel do not depict what the hotel actually looks like."

"Location is brilliant Food is good bit pricey but good nonetheless. Staff were good - although I would say that information management from restaurant & front desk needs to be improved. Was asked to pay a bill that was already paid at check out which I refused; took them a very long time to find the receipt of the payment that was made. This should not happen at check out. Cleanliness & general maintenance and upkeep of hotel is needed. Otherwise a safe place to stay when I'm Lagos."

"I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. From the moment I entered the hallway, the staff greeted me warmly, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The technology in the room was impressive, and it felt personalized; when I turned on the TV, my name appeared on the screen. The entire staff, including cleaners, waiters, and waitresses, were fantastic. Overall, my experience was amazing, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nigeria, especially in the Ikeja or mainland area."

"This was my 2nd time staying here and again the service was very high quality in all areas. Calls to reception always answered quickly and items brought to room almost immediately. Bar and restaurant service is above and beyond and they are always thinking ahead to predict what guests might need. "
