Very bad environment
Posted 23 Jun 2022 on HotelsI was never allowed in nor allocated a room, I was toasted up and down until I became frustrated and I have to find alternative arrangement, worst experience on my life, very poor environment, poor customer service at the front desk.

air-conditioning not working.
window blind is not in bathroom window.
hot water not working
shower not working, paint bucket is used to hold water.
door not working properly.

It needs to be renovated. Rat ate my food when I stepped out. Therefore needs fumigation.
