Fantastic place just outside Luz. Wonderful grounds, staff, and rooms. Walkable into Luz. Highly recommend

We loved how beautiful the property was. The view out of our room was inspired. And I loved the indoor pool and sauna.

Lovely 5 star property. Threw a dinner party for friends staying in Luz. Andre was an amazing host, waiter and recommended excellent activities and beaches for us duri g cotials and dinner. Private chef was terrific. Fantastic value for the money. Quiet u derstaed luxuary resort. Highly recommend.

Beautiful but lacking
Posted 16 Aug 2021 on HotelsThe hotel itself is beautiful, fantastic views, gardens and room etc. However, it is lacking a lot in terms bar/restaurant facilities, there are no options for poolside drinks or snacks and we were encouraged to go out for dinner rather than dine at the hotel. We had booked this for a few nights because it was advertised as a spa hotel but when we asked about the treatments we were recommended to go to the nearby golf and spa resort instead.

Great hotel deserving of its five-star rating
Posted 4 Jun 2021 on HotelsGreat hotel, we had a fantastic stay although some of the services were limited due to the pandemic, the hotel was fantastic with great connectivity and a great environment, very comfortable bedrooms and deserving of its five-star rating. Only negative- we found the bathroom a bit restrictive and not quite up to standard, specifically the shower and bath.
