The toilet had no seat, the whole bathroom had a strong smelled, dirty place, uncomfortable bed, personnel was rude demanded cash or to take a sit and call because the hotel didn’t see the reservation and the personnel did not want to call. The location is on a not so good area but close to the airport. Dirt road access.

My duvet and bed cover was not changed. Sex marks from the previous customers were obvious and disgusting. I had to ask for the bedding to be changed before I could sleep. Disgusting!

Horrible Hotel

This hotel can't be recommended to no one. Dirty, the air is not working right, they gave me a small room other than what I booked. Noisy at night, when I complained and called expedia, they gave me a room that leaks water from ac to the bed. I regretted staying in such horrible hotel and seek a compensation. No enough towel, no tissue nor soap. They don't clean up rooms and when u call to request a service it takes forever

Terrible Hotel, The worst I have been in

Location: The Location is terrible. it is in a very bad area, you can not go outside as you would be very concerned for you security
After 25 years of working and living abroad, this has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, doors did not lock, security was bad, the staff were bad mannered, the beds were dirty, the shower would flood the bathroom, the rooms were just awful, internet poor, the TV had very limited channels, the restaurant had no food, would not accept credit card and would have to pay cash up front for everything. I have stayed in some bad hotels through work over the last 25 years of travelling including Siberia and Bangladesh and nothing was as bad as this. If I could rate it -100 I would. Expedia should be ashamed to mislead people that this is anything else than a dirty unsafe dive and the hotel should be removed from the site

Pros: Leaving
Cons: They would not accept credit card for food, charged extra for pool and gym. After heated discussion the did provide breakfast but only water and eggs.
Location: Security a major concern.
The hotel, location, staff and services and rooms were terrible. Need to take off you list of choices or at least rate as a half star.

Cons: Lighting. Room wasn't bright enough, considering there is no window. And if an elevator can be added. Was a struggle to get my luggage up and down.

The trip was a very good expérience for me. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.
