REFUSED TO ACCEPT I HAD A PAID BOOKING
Posted 26 Mar 2024 on HotelsThis hotel refused admission till l paid again even though l had my confirmed booking and receipt from Hotels.com. I had to pay another 60,000 naira for a tiny room with a single bed . l had booked a double delux room with breakfast. They are scammers.. I contacted Hotels.com and they tried to contact the hotel but could not get any answer. I have not received any refund up to now from Hotels.com or the hotel. This is theft and totally unacceptable

Upon reviewing the transaction records, it appears that only 30,000 Naira was paid to the hotel while awaiting confirmation, not the 60,000 Naira mentioned in your review. Additionally, we have documentation confirming the refund of 33,000 Naira transferred to your account. We regret any delay in processing your reservation and sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Staff need to be more friendly, this is my second time of lodging at this hotel. First time was excellent no complaints.

Would hace stayed again but
Posted 16 May 2023 on HotelsMost of the service staff were good, includes security &house keeping. Some of the front desk stsff were good except the lead female was obnoxious, rude and I unfriendly.

This property is really good, minus the bad roads to get there. The breaksfast and facility itself is really good. It's worth every penny, go check them out. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. The staff is friendly and professional as well..

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is very safe. But I was very disappointed that no internet service was available during my entire stay despite the repeated promise to fix the problem.

I like nothing about this hotel that was very dirty. I left after one night and waiting to be reimbursed the 11 other days I paid for

Just one of those days
Posted 24 May 2022 on HotelsThe whole facility needs an upgrade and the service needs to get better especially the guys at the kitchen. I enjoyed having the guy at the bar around cause he has a way of making our stay worthwhile. The lady at the front desk is an asset did a very commendable job to make me stay an extra night after the first days horror. In all I will rate MSquare a 5 over 10.
