"I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch. The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture. The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant. Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500. Doors were damaged,...

"Location is brilliant Food is good bit pricey but good nonetheless. Staff were good - although I would say that information management from restaurant & front desk needs to be improved. Was asked to pay a bill that was already paid at check out which I refused; took them a very long time to find the receipt of the payment that was made. This should not happen at check out. Cleanliness & general maintenance and upkeep of hotel is needed. Otherwise a safe place to stay when I'm Lagos."
