Everything was good. I don’t think the food was prepared fresh because it was going bad too fast.

This hotel will undoubtedly be one of the worst hotels in Ikeja. I didn't eat breakfast because the kitchen decided not to bring out food after I told them there was no food in the serve-yourself dishes. I was sitting for 35 minutes for a meal that never arrived. Don't even get me started on the state on the bathroom. It going to be the first and last time I shall use the hotel..

Posted 31 Mar 2024 on HotelsThere are several reasons why I would not recommend.
Employees were not helpful and sometimes rude when you asked a question. They provided no information at check in or any booklet of info in the room and we kept having to ask about different services.
At check out they charged us for using towels even though we only used extra towels for the pool and to clean up their mess when the power was out for several hours and the fridge was leaking on the floor.
Overall the building needs improvements, tiles in pool had come off, 1 of the stairs to get into the pool was broken, no signs posted about how to get to pool or restaurant.
We booked the room for 2 people with the cost of 2 breakfast but when trying to get breakfast they said the cost was for only 1 person.
Restaurant menu was very confusing. It was printed out with info on both sides of the page but was told not to look at some of the pages. Not sure why they couldn’t have just printed out a new copy.
Quality of food was also not very good. My boyfriend ordered soup and they said it would take 45 minutes.
Mattress was very thin and hard to sleep on.
The only positive I have is the room was clean.

Staff and management was extremely polite and helpful. Made my stay wonderful. Definitely will book with them again
