Far from a usual Four Point Sheraton. Dirty rooms, AC ancient, water cuts could force you to wash with a towel and bottled water. The breakfast was mediocre at best! Won’t be going back again! But the rates, well aligned with a “real” Four Point! Very disappointed.

Hotel don’t accept pounds or dollars. We had to go to a local back and pay before allowed into the hotel. My reservation comes with breakfast. But I was ask to pay for breakfast. No taxi to airport was arranged. Electricity keeps going off and on. No hot water to bath for three days Was just a terrible experience

On behalf of the team, kindly accept my sincere apologies for all inconvenience caused. We experienced a slight issue with the boiler resulting in the non-availability of hot water at that moment. This has been fixed. And for the breakfast bill, our front office manager will contact you for a refund. A private Taxi service is available in the hotel premises but on request.
