We sincerely regret your experience. Epic Homes 3 is backed up by an inverter system and a generator against public grid power failure. At any instance of power failure, the inverter automatically powers up the lights and switches, and operating the generator requires manual intervention which the staff was going to operate when you decided to leave. We manage several serviced apartments in Lagos and we have a track record of exceeding customer satisfaction.
