This "property" is really a home converted into a guest house, it is not a hotel and should not use the name Apartments. Yet again, after paying for the booking on Expedia, the staff at the property refused to accept the Expedia booking and basically tried to negotiate that i pay in full again, when that failed, they then went on to explain that after the Commission deducted by Expedia and the other Vendor, they wanted me to pay the difference - they kept insisting that I pay money, despite my payment on Expedia. This has happened on more than one occassion for this same property. The reception staff were basically clueless on the basics of hospitality and repercussions of giving a paying guest a difficult time and were only focussed on trying to collect more money to make up the difference below their regular rates, as a result of the the fees/commissions charged by expedia. The room smelt of mould and visibly also had mould, the bathroom had almost no water pressure, the shower did not work and all the floor had water on the ground when i checked in, it was also similarly soaked with water after I attempted to bathe. The owners of this property should really de-list from Expedia until they are serious about whether they want to be in the hotel business.
In a word, "Awful" experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the refusal to accept a paid Expedia booking is a major problem, let alone trying to force guests to pay again.
