Ok, but could be a lot better

The staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not bad but my Yam was undercooked a bit. The location is very good. The gym is awful. Nothing works, the equipment looks like it is from the 90s and the A/C was broken. The swimming pool water was brown and the pool very dirty. The hotel has huge potential but it needs refurbishing desperately. I would not stay there again

Rather poor experience at this establishment, whilst the room was OK, the tollet leaked water as well as did not have properly fitting seat. Constant issues with room key card. Some staff were most attentive, but the hotel needs some attention (pool chairs largely broken, plus a large noisy generator locared at seating area which ruined that particular pool space. Main concern was a member of the team inflating actual prices of bar item's and insisting management had changed prices - yet could not issue receipts nor show proof of these supposed new prices nor return change owed. Would be wary of this tactic!

the stay was amazing the room was clean everything was to the expectation unfortunately I was charged twice for the same booking and I'm finding it difficult to get a hold of the hotel staff over the phone

Overall it was amazing, swimming pool, pool table, gym..but the room 203 i was in didnt have a bathroom mat to dry your feet and the bathroom door didnt close so water kept logging on the floor...but other than it was a lovely experience

Pros -very great first impression with clean room, beautiful lobby area, kind and helpful staff -hotel room was well furnished with two nightstands that had shelving, spacious wardrobe, a small table and two armchairs,  a desk with a desk chair, a dresser, TV, various outlets including international ones and USB ports, hair dryer in bathroom, various lighting including reading lamps by each side of the bed -water pressure and temperature was awesome! -blackout curtains to help with sleep -cozy pool/bar area Cons -pool seemed a bit small -no housekeeping came while we were there (2 nights) -bathroom looked into someone's patio in the building next door, so felt a bit impersonal at times, would be nice if restroom window had a small curtain

Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Room wasn’t ready at check in and was told to leave and come back later in the evening when it’ll be ready. I got back in the evening, guess what? It wasn’t. No towels and toiletries were provided until the third day and that was after several calls to the front desk complaining and asking to speak to the manager. Staff in general were untrained in proper customer service I had to leave three days earlier than when I was supposed to check out. Sadly, I wasn’t getting a refund for the remaining three nights but I just couldn’t bare to stay there one more day. The AC functioned quite well. That’s the only positive thing about this hotel
