We had a wonderful experience staying here. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond for us, especially André. We arrived without a car since there was a complication with our original rental booking. André booked a car for us that was perfect for our needs and had the company pick us up right there. Further, our room was lovely and the building is quite beautiful. We liked staying in quiet Lagoa. The breakfast selection was very limited, but for the price we were paying for our stay, I didn't mind.

The staff is excellent. Easy walking to the Lagoa piscina.

I like the location. It was quiet in Lagoa, but the only issue is no Wi-Fi reception in my room.
