The staff were friendly but so slow. It took over 45 minutes to check in, which doesn’t make sense when all of my information is on Expedia. My last reservation was added later & it was 2 rooms for a family of four & they put them on different floors. The check-in process needs improvement. The rooms were nice.

My wife and I have a 9 year old, and hotel policy that if there ar more than 2 people, we have to pay for another room. We argued our point that it is ridiculous to break up the family. But to no avail. We eventually paid,. Got the extra room, non adjoining.

Room was smelling like cigarettes and it was very strong, old and rough towels, no decent bed sheets or comforters. Fridge was empty and you have to go to the bar downstairs to get some water. The staff was friendly. Never going back to this hotel ever again, just cheap and noisy. If you in Brasilia go to the “Setor de hotéis”, this one next to the airport sucks.

Rating is essentially for an ‘airport’ hotel. I have stayed at many Ibis hotels and several in their Styles range. I use airport hotels a great deal. In this case, this hotel has no business calling itself an ‘airport’ hotel. There is no shuttle at all, taxis are easy to get to arrive but only after a lengthy delay when leaving - no good at all! What really got me was to be charged for leaving my main luggage for a couple of hours while I took a taxi tour of Brasilia - have never seen that in an ‘airport’ hotel, indeed have seldom seen it anywhere. Otherwise, the hotel was normal for its type,
