This is an old property and not up to expectations of LaQuinta or Wyndham. Had to stay two nights, two different rooms. Both rooms had malfunctioning toilet tank floats. Both room had cabinet doors that were sprung. One room exhibited bathroom door damage on the outside veneer panel. The holes in the door were covered with stick on Styrofoam circles. Neither room had functioning tub or sink stoppers. One room had a malfunctioning sink spigot. One room had black stains in the bathtub. All drains exhibited rust. Carpets were worn and appeared to be dirty. Poor soundproofing. While staff was friendly that didn't make up for the poor condition of the property and rooms.

We have stayed here several times over the last few years and the maintenance and the breakfast quality/quantity have deteriorated under present management. Bathroom was repaired poorly (missing accessible bar at toilet), and outside extra exit door was never repaired from last year and the hinges were totally broken then when we were leaving. It is convenient for visiting family and reasonably priced but needs better maintenance.

The key never worked/ never every time I came and went I had to get someone to let me in/ really it was that bad/ also all the time i was there the TV did not work/ pool not in service ok..i could live with that...but key door would not open/ and TV never did work/ was one of the poorer situations I have been in and I have come to that community many times...Larry Adamson

The rooms were dirty, the carpet in hallways was Filthy. Bathroom was disgusting, trash can outside exit door was overflowing. Staff seemed completely unconcerned with anything and was sittting around talking together whenever we went through the dirty lobby. The condition of ceilings and walls was deplorable-bad patch jobs, stains and missing or broken tiles. Concerned about possible mold exposure.

Avoid this property at all cost. I booked for 3 nights. The moment I entered the reception, felt like an abandoned place. The couch in the reception area was dirty and don't feel like sitting on it. The common area carpets where all dirty. The bath room lock was broken and duck tape was put around it. Bed was neat and clean, but the floor and the windows were all dirty. There was water on the bath room floor after flushing which I thought was dripping from the water tank. The next day morning I realized the water was leaking from the bidet which was awful. There was nothing for breakfast except bread and boiled egg. But everything was empty around 8.30 including coffee and most people who was there atht the time didn't get breakfast. I asked them to cancel the remaining nights which they asked me to contact expedia which I did and they agree to cancel the rest of the stay and refund the balance. I have stayed in large and small hotels, but this is by far the worst.

Very out dated, room was clean. Seen a cockroach on our way out in the hall way by the elevator. Was are first time staying and most likely the last time. But you get what you pay for and it was a cheap night.

The stay was ok. There were signs stating they were renovating. It was just overnight so no big deal. But the room was dark. Just a lamp on the vanity. The light switches inside the door didn't work. It wasn't bad but not great either.

The bed was clean/comfortable. But room was in very poor condition. Lights out over sink, they put bed lamp to light sink, no cups towels or hairdryer. Shower rod coming off wall. Candy wrappers still on furniture. Would not recommend and hope it is reported to La Quinta. We love this chain and very disappointed. Not up to the standards we have come to expect of La Quinta.

This is a very "tired" motel. Needs bulldozed and another one built in it's place. Thread bare carpet. Stains everywhere. "Breakfast" was rock hard bagels and cold cereal. There has to be a better hotel somewhere in Frankfort. Find it

Air conditioning wouldn’t go down to make it cooler. Air conditioning also was whining the whole time. Shower water wouldn’t get warm if the sink was on. There was a strong chemical smell of some sort as well.
