Easy parking and check in. The hotel is nice and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were large and comfortable. Could’ve used some bottled waters in the room, but overall the room was great. The breakfast and wait staff were fantastic!

Poor customer service

Unfortunately you failed to abide by the booking rules. You originally booked a Suite and a deposit was due 3 days in advance. However, your credit card on file kept declining and the hotel tried on multiple occasions to reach out to you. Your Suite reservation was cancelled after several attempts to collect a deposit. Then you booked a room with 2 beds and extra living space with the same credit card 8 minutes before arriving. The same card was used for check in and validated. Therefore, please understand the booking rules and there would be no service issues.

The best part of the restaurant on site. The food was excellent. I had catfish etouffee and it was amazing. The customer service was good and property was well maintained with plenty of parking.
The location is a little tricky to figure out. It is behind the other hotels so follow gps closely.

I love this Hotel the breakfast lady is such a joy brings great energy also Chad was wonderful as well checking us in over all great hotel
