My mother and I were traveling from Shreveport so we were going to be getting to the hotel a little late. I called the hotel to notify them and for reassurance that they wouldn't give our room away. The front desk answered, yep, it's still here. Rude! Once we got to the hotel, there was a young gentleman in front of us - waiting. He walked around, searching for the front desk clerk, but neither he nor I spotted anyone. He finally raised his voice and said....HELLO? A young lady with nose piercings came right behind the wall behind the front desk and demanded.....Can I help you? Ummm, yes, you can remove that attitude. That's why I do know. She had me sign and initial the usual form and then gave me my keys. She didn't even tell me what room we were on or where the elevator was! Guys, I am extremely easy to please and to get along with but she had my blood pressure coming up, fast!!

The variety and flavor of breakfast was really good. I our room... towel rack over toilet as was very loose as was the shower curtain rod!
