Nice bed, slept well. We were able to check in quickly, and our room was quiet and clean. We arrived late and left early, so we did take advantage of any of the amenities, but we would definitely stay again.

Front desk clerk was rude at check in, room smelled like smoking, window couldn’t be left open to get rid of smell since there was no screen

I'm so sorry to learn that the front desk person was rude. This is not what we typically hear. I will be sure to address this with our front desk staff. I am also sorry if the room smelled of smoke. I know how frustrating this can be. Again, I apologize that we did not provide you with a better stay. We hope that you would give us another opportunity to impress you should you return to the Lafayette area.

I tried to cancel the hotel but missed the deadline by an hour. They refused to let me cancel the reservation. When I get the the hotel they inform me that the reservation was cancelled and there was no rooms available. Horrible experience.
