Nice people. Hot tub didn't work, ice machine leaking all over the floor. Typical corporate not wanting to put any money back into the property BS.

We did not have a shower curtain in the bathroom. Went to the front desk after we arrived and the guy behind the desk could not help us. Did not offer a room transfer, or any solution.
Must have had a water leak, floors were wet, and everything in the room was damp with a musty smell. Once again did not offer a room change, refund, nothing. Was afraid to stay over night not knowing what happened, but we had no choice.

We apologize for the shower curtain issue, my night time clerk is new and was unsure what he needed to do, although we have not had a water leak unsure where this was from.We appreciate your review and will be bringing this to the maintenance department.
