Terrible customer service nick the manager was so rude found disgusting things in the beds

I contacted you to send me pictures you told the staff you took but I have not received those. Hoping to receive them so I can deal with the issues that you had. Again, I apologize. My bathroom had ants in it, the staff was noisy, while we were trying to sleep. i won’t be going back.
