Not a good service
"Night staff was not nice at the furst day and he cheated the currency conversion. I found that out on the next day. He wasn't nice on the second day either. "Great location with lots of access to food and convenience store. Very near to Cat Bi International Airport too, around 15-20 mins. Only sad thing was the pool was closed for maintenance and we were not informed during check in."
