"This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. "This is the most beautiful house on the most beautiful property. We loved our stay here, in fact it was our favourite place in all of Vietnam to stay. Tam Coc is gorgeous, highly recommend!"

We had a spacious room with balcony overlooking the paddy fields and mountains. Lots of options at breakfast freshly cooked for you, with fresh fruit as well as refreshing watermelon juice. Free bike hire for cycling around the town and local area - we cycled to the Mua Caves from the hotel. Would stay again. "

"I had very pleasant stay. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff - engaged with guests to get to know them and make them feel like home. Breakfast buffet was good, got free bikes to ride around - some of the bikes probably unsafe and needed of service/replacement. Overall, I am very happy with it."

"Lovely hotel set in the most incredible scenery around a small lake. Blue is the most energetic and helpful human being in Ninh Binh and will constantly be trying to sort stuff for you. It's a little more secluded and it's nice as it gets you away from the busyness of Tam Coc and the main tourist areas. "

Wonderful stay

"Very comfortable hotel with charming rooms and grounds. Breakfast(extra for us) was delicious we ordered from the hotel the entire stay Hotel is just around the bend from the busier Tam Coc restaurant/hotel zone, which gave us quieter evenings The hotel manager is amazing very energetic friendly and can’t do enough for you I highly recommend this hotel"

"We absolutely LOVED staying with Lilly. We rented a scooter from the Homestay to get around and it was perfect. Lilly was so kind and attentive. The staff was always super helpful and I’ve got nothing but great things to say about our experience here. Breakfast was pretty good too! All in all it’s a great option and having been backpacking for over a month now I can say this was one of my favourite stays so far. Thank you! "
