"Hotel Staff was very courteous and provided excellent service most of the time. There were some occurrences during lunch when staff appeared overwhelmed. Room was kept clean and was serviced regularly. nice room accommodations. Internet however did have some problems, especially in the rooms, making work somewhat challenging on occasions. pool was a nice change, however, would recommend trying to keep this open later on certain days. 7PM seems extremely early for the area, especially on...

"I was on Labuan as part of my annual Anzac Day commemoration trip. l again stayed at the Tiara and as always, I thoroughly enjoyed my few days. The accommodation and food were excellent. The staff are all very attentive, enthusiastic and a credit to their employers. I am looking forward to my next visit in the near future."
