Liked the main pool and the sunset was really lovely! Best calamari we've ever eaten! We didnt like that there was no free transfer when we paid so much as we stayed in a hotel the night before for £20 a night and they offered free transfer. No refill water facilites - I was suffering with sunstroke (dehydration) and the staff would not let my partner refill any our water bottles and failed to offer us any despite knowing the situation, leaving her to have to walk into town to find some water! Plunge pool and balcony was not very private, people walking up the stairs kept looking into our room and over the balcony. Staff was very friendly but not overly attentive. I think his name was Alberto, he was very good and made us feel very welcome. Working beside the pool on the Sunday. Cool guy. Fantastic views AC did not work very well because the room area was too big for it, maybe a door should be added to the bathroom to help keep room cool and keep romance safe from bathroom noises... Parside Bar opposite was such a good venue! Taxi from hotel was minimum 150k which we thought was abit expensive but a small walk to town we found much cheaper options. Fantastic main main pool area worth going just for that!

Beautiful, stunning views. Big con that was there is loud DJ music (thumping and terrible) near lower pool and for dining from 4-9pm. Cant get away from it ans real altered the experience. Soft quiet music would have been more tranquil for this lovely place. We moved rooms and Highly recommend for 1 night Lentar suite, poolside upper pool and had it to ourselves all day. Cant hear that music. Annoying annoying

The view is phenomenal!!! But the service is horrible. We had to call wait staff over and ask to order dinner and they still wouldn’t take our order. Language barrier I presume but it was very weird. No fridges in the room,

Spectacular views from the property looking out on the water. Rooms are comfortable and cool. Breakfast was nice - lots of local options. The pool has amazing views and a very nice ambiance. It’s a bit of a maze to get up to the rooms but once you figure it out it’s ok - lots of stairs to climb so not for everyone. Location is a small 10 minute walk into the town. Close to the pier if you are going out for excursions which I recommend!

Great place. Staff was very helpful. We did not like the room as it was beneath the jacuzzi rooms and the sound of water was unbearable. They easily assisted us to a new room with no problems. The local was great and the food was excellent! The spa services were great as wel

Staff are great and polite. Hotel has awesome view, for sunset and in general. My room has lots of issues: bathroom stinks like gutter, toilet cannot flush (no water), TV signal snowy, faucet leak, bed matress protector has lots of stains (nasty), including a giant 8x10 stain. Hot water only last for 1 person, so my spouse has to wait 15 min before taking shower.

This property is beautiful, but for the price I wouldn’t return. Pros: really beautiful, probably the best view available with a pool, good sized rooms, and good free breakfast. Cons: wifi drops every 2-5 minutes when in your hotel room, air con stopped working 1 night into my stay, 25 mins walk to all popular food options (uphill on the way back), no free / overpriced airport shuttle (they wanted 150k for a ride to the airport when standard prices are 50-70k for a taxi in town), and the hotel was very empty (which could be a pro but for me as a solo traveller it was a con - I felt like all eyes were on me anywhere I was). Overall, it is overpriced for what you get. There may come a day, as Labuan Bajo continues to develop, that this is a better located hotel, and maybe they’ll fix their wifi issues, but it feels like right now they are reaching for something they’re not achieving. I would much rather work somewhere more central, likely for cheaper.
