Pros: Clean
Cons: We had booked well in advance but they tried to have us stay in another hotel further away for at least one night.
Location: 15 minute walk uphill from town centre and stairs to room so you must be mobile
Simple but ok breakfast with friendly staff. They booked and had scooters delivered to the hotel.

Good if you want to be out of town

Posted 30 Oct 2016 on Hotels
The bad: Walls very rough shape and several spiders in room. Bathroom fully outside, smelly, and not welcoming. Far from town and up very steep hills. Can be walked but not pleasant. The good: Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Air con worked great and was positioned above the bed so could actually feel it.

Great location

Posted 17 Sep 2016
Pros: Added several new units recently and was able to stay in one of them. Very nice and clean.
Cons: No wifi in room and was only supposed to work in the lobby, but that was inconsistent.
Location: Great location between airport and downtown. Just know that the downhill walk to the shops and restaurants requires uphill walk back to hotel.
Stayed one night before transitioning to a live aboard boat. Greeted by great staff. Very pleasant and helpful. Recommended a restaurant in Labuan Bajo that had the best food during my two weeks in Indonesia. If you go, must try Mediterraneo.

Close to Airport, far from Town

Stayed here before trip to Komodo. Complimentary Airport Shuttle and helped arrange Komodo trip, but steep steps up to hotel and nothing around. On hill above town and significant walk in heat

The reviews were very mixed for this property so I wasn't sure how my stay would end up. It was only $25/night so I can't really complain too much. The view from the patio was amazing, the room was very basic, and the bathroom was not anything to write home about by any means. The air conditioner did work but they could have used a blanket on the beds instead of just a sheet. Towels weren't provided - I had my own so it wasn't an issue. The view was the best part of the stay.

Quiet hotel, close to airport

Posted 6 Jul 2016
Pros: Good view from the hill and far from noises
Cons: perhaps to put TV and good direction to facilities around and for sure to be more organized
Location: You need to walk about 30 mins to harbour are which is the main tourist area. It is walking distance to airport, however, it's up the hill
Staffs are nice and helpful. Hotel manager didn't arrange with Expedia, but tour agency did, luckily I was still able to get a room. Hotel is air conditioned but no TV and not far from airport, however, it's a little bit far to the crowd, I won't make it a big deal for the price. Just make sure to get all you need during the day to ensure your safety than walking in the dark.

Ufærdigt hotel med byggesjusk

Posted 31 Jul 2016
