We arrived at the hotel in the evening, there were no lights on inside or out. We did not have internet so had not received the message on how to get in the building.It cost me a very long phone call to Jorge in Santander. There was no receptionist nor a security man. There was no central heating. No spare blanket. Granada is very cold especially when there is snow on the mountain. We should have been warned that this was not a conventional hotel.

Very Sad to review your comments regarding my hotel. In the majority of the cases, we receive extraordinary reviews. Your telephone number in the reservation was wrong and all the access information was sent to you via Expedia communication email way before you arrived. Also I asked you to call me via WhatsApp. We don’t have reception 24 hrs. Communication with me is ALWAYS open and you did not request anything during your stay. All Rooms have air condition to warm them and takes 5 minutes to have a nice temperature, ADDITIONAL blankets are available for all the guests. Temperature is not that low at this time of year, however, you had Air Condition and you control the temperature in your room. Again very sad to see your review and very surprised that you did not contacted me during your stay. My staff had contact with you and you did not express anything to them. Best Regards.

Far from everything. Limited shops around. Communication with the staff was bad. Hot water went out late at night. Check in was hard. Better instructions are needed. Communication was all done via WhatsApp. Place is clean but the lack of staff killed it.

Far from context and reality. Very Sad to read your comments. We had a SEVERE rain storm and I informed IMEDIATELY about the issue with our hot water. In an emergency situation no many things no one can do AND WE HAD A SEVER STORM. Communication with you has very complicated due to a wrong telephone placed in your reservation prior your arrival. After this all went SMOOTH and Hotel has in contact with you at all times. All your request were solve based on what we have documented via WhatsApp, in fact only one request. Bad Location comments is wrong, we have in meters from the hotel a Farmacy, Grocery Store, Bread Store, bus stop and lots of restaurants and cafeterias. Every day my staff is in the hotel and every day we support our guest when required by them. Again VERY SAD to read your review.

The property is well maintained. There’s a bar and restaurant inside the gated hotel. The food is good. The room is comfortable and has AC. My only issue with the property is hearing the noise from the restaurant and bar area during lunch and dinner hours and I could hear the room beside me when they were talking and other guests who were out in the hallway if I didn't have the TV or AC on and the window doors closed.

Beautiful villa, with nice rooms. Bathrooms are not the most modern standard but are ok. The rooms are little noisy since all rooms have light doors. You definitely hear other guests talking and walking by. For a short stay absolutely recommended!

Pleasant stay in La Zubia

Comfortable beds, good sized bath room (with bath and shower). Friendly hotel staff. WhatsApp communications were good. We were given clear instructions for our late check in. Self-service breakfast laid out in breakfast room with tea and coffee making facilities. Bus stop just outside the front door for buses into Granada.
