The main reason for picking The Panoramic for our stay in Tulum was this beautiful picture of the pool. Hate to tell you it hasn't been built yet and they don't tell you that when you book. Other items: no functioning elevator, neither ClubHouse (shop) nor Gym were accessible. Upon arriving we had no codes to get into our room and security was of limited assistance so imagine arriving off 8 hours of traveling and not being able to access your room after carrying your multiple bags up flights of stairs since no elevator!! I was going to cry.... Once we were able to figure out how to make contact with the Xperience team all was good. We were able to get into our room which was the King Studio. It was very nice however once we sat on the bed it was broke - UGH!! With a quick phone call again we were moved to another room. Pleasantly surprised by a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen, living room and dining room. This was a fantastic space. Clean, modern with a gorgeous tub that we took a nice soak since there was no pool or hot tub in the location. We love to experience the local area when we travel so this location was great. Walkable to the market for bottled water and supplies for breakfast, but also the local restaurants were fantastic and inexpensive, and tons of local shopping! Beware of the side roads though - they're barely paved - so if renting a car I wouldn't rent a sedan. I was thankful for our SUV. I would highly recommend The Panoramic when finished

Skeptical after reading the reviews. We loved the actual property and the staff. We had a hiccup when we first arrived(hot water heater burst) but staff was right there to offer us new rooms. The new rooms wasn’t what I booked but was great rooms. The street isn’t paved and real bumpy but it’s Mexico. So I would definitely stay again and I recommend others as well.

The property manager and people who worked in the hotel did not communicate, which left us with not much assistance. The front desk push us off to always call the property manager and never help us. The room had problems through out my stay and although the property manager tried to accommodate us. I didn't really feel good about how they did and had serval issues. I did my best to enjoy my stay but i wouldn't stay there again. No hot water, no light and ac in the room. And not one person on the property was helpful. I had to continuously reach out to management.

Property was very nice and well taken care of. However, driving to the property was a mission with all the large holes and construction was working next door from early in the morning till late at night but everyone was very nice and very hospitable. Overall my experience with the hotel was a good one.

I didn’t like the fact that any question I had the receptionist could not answer. Everything had to be done through email. There was no communication that the pool was closing. The rooms weren’t stocked up. The stove did not work requiring me to give away the food I had purchased.

HORRIBLE HOTEL! Do not be fooled stayed here 5 days booked for 6 days and had to leave a day early because this hotel does not clean your room. No housekeeping, no food, no wash rags, no restaurant near, nobody to help you when you need someone. Pool was filthy. I booked This hotel for my bf boyfriend and we came home extremely sick!!! Not sanitary at all! Do not come here! Sheets smelled like wet damped like mildew.
