Wonderful hotel. Service is excellent, the breakfast buffet a dream. Facilities new and clean, the garden quiet and relaxing. I wish they had a proper outdoor pool and it would be just perfect

Modern, elegant property with everything available to make it a most comfortable stay. Loved the indoor pool as lovely to unwind at the end of the day. The staff were very welcoming and very attentive especially at breakfast and dinner. Will come back again!

People who work at the hotel are super sweet and helpful. The hotel itself feels like a big chalet, chic and cozy. Really home away from home. Even the short drive to gondola didn’t bother me as it was organized and smooth.

We had an amazing time at Montana lodge. The level of service is excellent and we were made to feel truly welcome. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful in organising restaurants, ski hire, lessons and lift passes. We shall return!

Ski Trip, New Year 2020

Lovely modern hotel with beautiful views, great service from all the staff, the spa was amazing after a day on the ski slopes. The shuttle service to the gondola and back to hotel was very efficient.

My husband and I first stayed at Montana Lodge and Spa 3 years ago and left being thoroughly impressed. This time around though feelings have changed. Upon arriving this time around we felt the staff were a little clumsy, eager to impress but without knowing exactly how to go the extra mile. Do not misunderstand, the hotel is set in the perfect of settings. The rooms are cozy and the views amazing! The food is excellent! The pasta is exceptional and the tiramisu is the best I ever had! the Spa on the other hand, although with spectacular views was a little smelly (hamam and sauna) and the private spa we booked was not ready on time and the jacuzzi was dirty, so we didn’t use it. We were not charged, however considering I booked a service and complained I would have expected ‘apologies madame, please have a coffee/ wine/ parking/ whatever on us’ now this would go the extra mile, especially for the rate per night! Continuing on the parking... is there really a need to charge 17 euros per day for the parking? Honestly where else can guests park in the middle of the mountains! If you need to coats to be covered, hide it in the rate. All this being said, we would still stay again... I just hope the hotel manager reads this and ensures they and their staff understand what it actually means to go the extra mile!

At the same time I am sorry for the inconvenience that you have experienced during your visit to our private Spa. I leave at every guest arriving a personal note with my contacts. Moreover in your case I have also left my apologies, since I could not reach you, with a bottle of Prosecco that I hope you have enjoyed. Regarding the parking, being as we are a mountain resort, during the night time in the winter season like now the weather gets at sub zero temperatures for this reason we give the choice to our guest either to leave the car outside or put put its in our covered garage at a cost incurrence. Rest assured that your constructive comments have been addressed to our team in order to keep improving our high standard of service. Exceptional experience

It was a delightful stay thanks to all the staff! The room was exceptional and the swimming pool with refreshing water jets, saunas and steam room after skiing. The massage at the spa was provided by a very experienced and gifted masseuse. The buffet breakfast was a culinary feast. The lunch and dinners were very high quality.
